By using MegaVanta, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter contracts to use MegaVanta.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
  • One person or company per account — no sharing credentials.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Job Seekers

  • You confirm that information in your profile and CV is true and accurate.
  • You agree not to apply to jobs you are not qualified for as a means of spam.
  • Employers may contact you through the platform or by email.

4. Employers

  • You confirm you have authority to post jobs on behalf of your organisation.
  • Jobs must be genuine and legal. No discriminatory, misleading, or scam postings.
  • You agree not to misuse applicant data — for example, selling it or using it for unrelated marketing.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Posting false, misleading, or illegal content.
  • Attempting to hack, scrape, or overload the platform.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour.
  • Impersonating others.

6. Content Ownership

You keep ownership of your content (profile, CV, job posts). By posting, you grant MegaVanta a licence to display it on the platform to other users as intended.

7. Fees

MegaVanta is currently free. We may introduce paid features in the future and will notify you in advance.

8. Disclaimer

MegaVanta is a marketplace connecting job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee employment, hires, or the accuracy of user-provided information. We are not a party to any employment relationship.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MegaVanta is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Disputes will be handled in Zimbabwean courts.
